The Quebec company Nolk continues to expand its portfolio of assets by acquiring the Quebec brand Rose Buddha and Revant Optic, an American company established in Oregon.

Nolk acquires Rose Buddha and an American company With these two new acquisitions, Nolk now has more than a dozen brands in its portfolio. Together, the company said in a press release, these brands have directly reached more than one million consumers in North America.
Quebec’s La Rosa Buddha is known for its eco-responsible yoga and sports clothing. As for Revant Optic, it specializes in replacing sunglasses lenses.
Since its founding in 2018, Nolk has created an ecosystem of companies that produce high-quality, eco-responsible consumer products.
“Our clients want to contribute to consumers’ biggest challenges and, each in their own way, Revant and Buddha offer platforms that are part of the solution,” said Alexandre Renaud, co-founder, president and CEO of Nolk.
