Kathie Lee Gifford is going to be a grandmother again.
Cassidy, the former TODAY host’s daughter, shared the happy news on social media with an adorable photo of two large stockings and a much smaller one hanging over the fireplace.
‘So much more to praise Jesus for this Christmas,’ the 29-year-old mum wrote, adding ‘Our little Peanut is arriving in June 2023.’

He then followed the declaration with reference to the Bible verse Jeremiah 1:5, which reads, ‘Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations.’
Kathie Lee, 69, shared the big news to her Instagram feed, writing, “Beyond thrilled for my darling girl @cassidygiff and @letsgetweirda.”

Cassidy and her husband, Ben Werda, 32, tied the knot in 2020 but have known each other for most of their lives. ‘Our moms met a mutual friend in the Florida Keys, and my family always went there for vacations. Their kids were age matched with my brother and I. You don’t always get along with your family friends’ kids, but we hit it off,’ she told People.

Cassidy is the youngest daughter of Kathie Lee and her late husband, former NFL star Frank Gifford.
Ben’s paternal grandparents founded the Prince Automotive empire in Michigan, and he is the nephew of former Education Secretary Betsy De Vos and Blackwater founder Eric Prince.
The new little one will be joined in about six months by their older cousin, Frank Michael, who is the son of Cassidy’s older brother Cody, 32, and his wife, Erika Brown Gifford.
