In the case of Chinese aggression, the suspicion of defense experts has come true. It is worrying that despite China’s increasing interest in four key areas of India, the BJP government is behaving in an appeasement manner. ‘The Chinese army has not invaded our territory. Even an inch of land will not belong to anyone’ these words belong to the BJP party including Prime Minister Modi. However, it is clear that all these words are false. Despite China’s eye on four strategic areas related to India, the BJP government at the center has become a sensation by doing the work of appeasement instead of giving information with courage.
(Special Task Bureau) Hyderabad, May 26 (Namaste Telangana): The suspicion of defense experts in the matter of Chinese aggression has come true. It is worrying that despite China’s increasing interest in four key areas of India, the BJP government is behaving in an appeasement manner. An article published in ‘Telegraph’ on China’s proposals regarding the expansion of the buffer zone and the reaction of the Central Government thereon has become a sensation.
Converted into buffer zone
After the Galwan clash, Indian and Chinese forces retreated from strategic areas such as Galwan, Pangang Tso, Gogra and Hotsprings in the Depsang Plains. Actually these areas are in our area. That’s why earlier the Indian Army used to patrol in these areas. There is pressure on China to expand these areas, which are now limited to a certain extent as buffer zones, up to 15-20 kms and convert the entire area into a buffer zone. The Centre, which should have categorically rejected it, resorted to appeasement. For the buffer zone, not 15-20 km, but an area of 3-4 km has been proposed as OK. But China turned down this request. To this extent, an officer of the Intelligence Department of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) said that ‘The Telegraph’ has disclosed in its article. If this continues, the contours of the Line of Actual Control (LAC) area will change. “India will lose more territory,” the official said. Defense experts are worried that if these areas are converted into buffer zones, the Indian Army will not have the right to patrol there, we will lose our authority over those areas and the contours of the LAC may change.
China last month gave new names to 11 regions of Arunachal Pradesh. The Center has given a statement that keeping the new names will not change the facts. The Modi government has been criticized for failing to deal with threats from China.
Chinese build villages along LAC
New Delhi, May 26: Intelligence sources have revealed that China is building model villages in the central and eastern sectors along the Line of Actual Control (LAC). He said that China has rapidly built 300-400 houses near Barahoti in Uttarakhand at a distance of 11 and 35 km from the LAC, which is an area where skirmishes between the Indian and Chinese forces took place in the past. The sources revealed that the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) is monitoring these structures. China has established two villages in Kameng area of Arunachal Pradesh.
