Gina Rodriguez Is Stepping Into A New Role!

The 38-year-old actress has given birth to her and husband Joe LoCicero’s first child.

The “Jane the Virgin” star was spotted taking a walk in Los Angeles on Saturday with a newborn baby strapped to her chest in a carrier, according to pictures obtained by Page Six.

The new mom kept it casual in a black T-shirt, sweatpants, and Nike sneakers while the infant was snuggled under a blanket decorated with farm animals.

Neither Rodriguez nor her husband has announced the birth of their child and has not revealed the baby’s gender or name.

Page Six has reached out to Rodriguez’s rep for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

The February 11 incident occurred seven months after Rodriguez revealed the news of her pregnancy.

“This birthday hits different,” she captioned a July 2022 Instagram video with the actor.

The couple, who met while filming “Jane the Virgin” in 2016, concluded the PDA-filled footage by showing off positive pregnancy tests.

LoCicero, 36, smiled in the video as his wife cried.

“Anybody could want you,” a voice narrated the social media upload. “But when someone really values ​​you, love them differently.”

The duo’s former co-star Jaime Camil commented, “My heart is breaking for both of you.”

Rodriguez’s other celeb friends shared their support. “OH MY GOD!!!!!! CONGRATS! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍,” Jordin Sparks gushed, while Nikki Reed wrote, “Loving you big time mama❤️.”

That same day, LoCicero called Rodriguez his “goddess” via Instagram.

“My heart follows you wherever you go,” the MMA fighter wrote in his heartwarming tribute at the time. “happy birthday.”

He and the Golden Globe winner got engaged in July 2018 and tied the knot in May the following year. Actor Justin Baldoni officiated the couple’s outdoor wedding ceremonies.

To celebrate their third anniversary in May 2022, Rodriguez shared sweet Instagram photos.

“Three years of marriage to my best friend,” she wrote at the time. “You’re at home.”
