The 2023 FIFA Women’s Football World Cup will take place next summer.
After the United States national team won the title in 2019 in France, the tournament moved to a new location: Oceania.

who will host the world cup
The 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup will be co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand. This will be the first time that the tournament will take place in two different countries in FIFA history, with Oceania hosting it for the first time.
Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth will be the five host cities for Australia, while Wellington, Auckland, Hamilton and Dunedin will be for New Zealand.
In 2026, the men’s tournament will be held in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
When will the Women’s Football World Cup be held?
The World Cup will begin on Thursday, July 20, 2023 and end a month later, on Sunday, August 20.
How many teams will play it?
The World Cup will see the participation of 32 teams for the first time in its expanded edition.

So far 29 out of 32 teams have qualified. Here is the list of teams:

When will tickets for the games go on sale?
FOFA started selling tickets for those who have Visa cards to get access to the first venues on 5 October.
The general sale of tickets started on 21 October and since then special days have been opened for their sale.
