He said: ‘Sharon knows the truth and she didn’t pick up the phone with a family member and tell them the truth.’
Reports at the time said that Monjack was written out of a will and that the entire estate went to Sharon, but as Britney’s estate was held in a trust, the contents of her estate remain confidential.
Tony said: ‘There’s no way she died of natural causes. It is impossible. This is bull***t, a total c**p. It was clear to me, he was taken out.
